Occupancy and Cancellation Policies:

Self check-in is available after 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged and specified in your confirmation. We are happy to be flexible about these times with advance notice when bookings permit.

Reservations will be held for up to 7 days, pending receipt of payment. Late payments may result in loss of your booking. We accept personal checks, credit cards through PayPal for a 3% surcharge or overseas wire transfers subject to a $15 bank fee. A deposit of fifty-percent of the total charges is required to hold reservations. The balance is due in full and should be considered non-refundable as of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Should your plans change, please notify us immediately to qualify for the maximum allowed refund and so that others may enjoy the time that is being held for you. A $50 booking fee will be withheld for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, a partial refund will be made for time we are able to re-book.

While we must exercise sound business practices in order to maintain the Tower, it is our sincere desire to accommodate guests who experience the disappointing necessity of a disruption to their travel plans.
